The Hoffmann 3 Modular External Fixation System is intended to provide stabilization of open and/or closed, stable or unstable fractures where soft tissue precludes the use of other fracture treatment methods.

Hoffmann 3 is MR conditional (check the operative technique for further details). Hoffmann 3 is mechanically compatible with Hoffmann II MRI and Hoffmann II Compact MRI and therefore can cover a large variety of indications.
