The AxSOS 3 Titanium Locking Plate System is intended for long bone fracture fixation.
The innovative universal hole design allows for the use of locking and non-locking screws in the same holes, providing the surgeon with more flexibility in their approach to the fracture. This new system is constructed out of titanium alloy, offering higher flexibility and more interfragmentary movement, essential for fracture healing, compared to a stainless steel implant. Featuring an evidence and population based design, our plate fit derived from the SOMA database of 15,000+ bones may help reduce OR-time and avoid unnecessary soft tissue prominence.
